Dear Readers…
Welcome to the Bravo area of my site.
Here you will find a Bravo Family
Tree, a detailed Bravo Booklist,
Summaries of early books and a special history of Blake Bravo,
The Ballad of Blake Bravo (Warning: contains spoilers for The
Marriage Agreement, The Bravo Billionaire and The
Marriage Conspiracy).
Re the Family Tree. I realize it’s very…involved. But
hey. At least it’s up at last! In the future,
I’ll be giving Blake and his wives and children their own
tree, and the main tree will be expanding with other family members
from the other branches of the clan.
And the below is from my February 2006 Newsletter. I’m
putting it up here because I think it will help to better explain
the evil Blake Bravo and his family connections.
February 2006
…that dang Bad Blake Bravo. How many women did
he have kids with, anyway?
On second thought, don’t ask. Because
I created Blake and I’m still discovering women—good
women—who
got themselves caught in the web of his dark and dangerous charms. What
did they see in him? We’ll never know.
So far, there was the sad and barren Lorraine (The
Bravo Billionaire). When Blake kidnapped
his own brother’s child for a king’s ransom in
diamonds, Lorraine kept the child and raised him as her own
(Dekker Smith of The Marriage Conspiracy).
When Blake left Lorraine, he took up with Tammy Rae Sandovich. He
gave Tammy one son, Marsh (The Marriage Agreement). Before
Lorraine and Tammy, there was Caitlin McCormack. Caitlin
claims he married her, as do most of the women who loved
him. Caitlin had three sons by Blake: Aaron (His
Executive Sweetheart), Cade (Mercury
Rising) and Will (Scrooge and the
Single Girl). And what about sweet Penelope
Tate of Tate’s Junction, Texas? Blake gave her
two sons: Tate (Marrying
Molly)
and Tucker (Lori’s
Little Secret). Penelope
claims Blake married her, too. She even had a marriage license
(discovered in Marrying
Molly)
so she was probably right.
A very busy man, that Blake. He also found time to marry
Chastity Cook and give her four sons: Buck (Bravo
Unwrapped),
Brett (Married in Haste, coming in
September), Brand (TBA 2007), and Bowie—and speaking of
Bowie, sorry but I can’t say when he’ll get his story. He’s
deeply troubled and needs some time to grow the heck up.
Oh, and lest I forget, there’s also Fletcher Bravo, result
of a one-night stand between Candace Seely and Blake. Fletcher
gets his story, The Bravo Family Way,
in March.
And there are more—more wives, more sons. Daughters,
as well. Haven’t gotten to all of them yet. But I
will.
All my best,
Christine
